Tame Your Mane or Your Money Back

We stand by our products, because we know they work. So if you’ve followed our instructions to the T, used sulphate-free aftercare products, and still don’t feel that your hair is softer, sleeker, shinier, and more manageable... we’ll give you your money back. Simple as that.

To get started, email us at returns@medusaprofessional.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We might ask a few quick questions (or for a photo) to understand what went wrong, so we can improve... but that’s it.

 

Standard Returns

Not the right fit or had a change of heart? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as your item is unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging.

Just email returns@medusaprofessional.com before sending anything back. We'll guide you through the steps. (Items sent without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right—fast—and cover any shipping costs to fix the issue.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider might take a few extra days to reflect the refund on your statement.
